Leyla talks about how you should know your customer when it comes to event marketing. In order to build a good relationship and trust with prospects and clients, Leyla works very hard to really understand her customers. She uses each of the social media channels differently in order to connect and communicate. She is a big fan of Flicker and she believes its really underutilized. Her firm works on pre/post event strategies to change/effect user experience. From taking pictures, to providing cocktails, giveaways and other teasers, she hopes to leave a great impression. Customer engagement is key.
